This extension was developed by a Japanese developer. Out of curiosity, I opened many tabs to see it scold me!
It was a bit disappointing that the free version only allows two selectable characters, but even the default older-man character will scold you!

- Click the icon that appears in the toolbar to pin and enable it
- Select a free character and check your tab status by its expression

- In the settings screen, adjust the blinking speed and threshold mode to your preference
